Checking your billing statements is easy! Just follow these steps:
1. After logging into your account, hover over your badge in the top right corner of the page and select Settings.
2. By clicking Receipts, you will see your most recent account transactions.
Please note our system might show multiple charges for one receipt, making it look like you were billed twice for your membership. This usually happens when you upgrade from one plan to another.
Just check the total amount on your bank statement against the total for your membership upgrade. They should match, but if they don't reach out to our team for help.
